We have a new #1, and it's a debut from fandom music progenitor Glaze. Also, there are new top 10 debuts from YourEnigma and video artist Ferexes.
The VIP version of Prototype blasts onto #1 with 4,000 likes and 55,000 views. The song originates from the 24 Hours of Pain - More Into New album, the second installment in the series. The first album hosted Tough Luck, which peaked at #3 earlier in 2014. The song has 4:3 lead on the falling #1, Strangers, now at #2. It's not weak in any case, however, as it itself has a 3:1 lead on its closest competition, and still posts an impressive aggregate 925 likes and 58,000 views.
Landing into #3 is Malfunction by Ferexes. This is now the video artist's second chart entry after The Renegade debuted at #4 several weeks back (it moves 55-41 thanks to the proxy effect). Fueling it are 1,250 likes and 15,000 views.
Thanks to less competition, Battle of the Bands and Fighting Back move back a slot to #4 and #5 respectively. Dropping due to the music video fueling its peak last week is Sinking Ships, down 3-6. We Dreamt Our Dream climbs 8-7.
The final top 10 entry this week is Funky Girl, by YourEnigma. This leads a new EP, called No Horseplay. It also samples All About That Bass Cannon, which is currently #5 on the unnamed chart. In any case, Funky starts with 450 likes and 6,250 views.
To conclude, Fly Like You climbs 10-9 and Cupcakes (Remix) returns to the top 10 11-10.
