2016 Chart Year - 4/16/16 - Week 20/52 - Mandopony and Pinkie Rose Top the Charts Again Thanks to Viral Video, Synthis Debuts in Top 10

Happy belated April Fools! No, I'm not going to pull something stupid like allow official non-show songs in like I did last year. However, the rules have allowed for clips of songs to be eligible, and the rules have allowed for recurrent songs to re-enter with new versions, and my goodness did the internet throw me a bone here: The Smile Song, covered by Mandopony in 2012, and given new vocals by Pinkie Rose, is now on the chart all the way at the top!
Nabbing 23,000 views and 2,100 likes in just 2 days, the clip proved to be a big hit, netting a total 14,500 points on the chart. Now, the number one from last week did still prove to be a challenge: Here We Are netted 9,500 points this week, giving it significant room from the No. 3, former No. 1 "FluttERR", which obtained 6,400 points in a continuing rally to return to the top spot after its peculiar slump in performance that crashed it from No. 1 to No. 16.
