Once again, the highest echelons are considerably ahead of everything else: "Ponyville 2016" rocks 18,000 points this week in contrast to the bottom half of the top 10 earning between 2,500 and 3,000 points. Still, last week's leader, "The Moon Rises", doesn't go down without a fight, as it earns 15,000 points. Deja vu, huh?
In any case, the biggest news is the return of Crusader, a new rock musician in the fandom, all the way up at #3 with his song "Power Ponies GO!". What does he have to thank for this? A new music video he released in collaboration with Izeer, which blasted up with 10,500 views and 470 likes, eclipsing the original entry hard (it originally debuted and peaked at #18). This allows for a total of 4,600 points.
"Little Sunshine" holds at #4, but gets an edge over "Getting Stronger", which falls 3-5. Also holding is "Here We Are" at #6. Could the duo of BLACKGRYPH0N & Michelle Creber eclipse their preceding single next week?
Another piece of big news comes with our #7, up from #21: "The Siren and the Seamare", originally peaking at #6, is now in the running to outpeak itself. This is all thanks to an animatic produced for half of the song. It has existed since February, but was never spotlighted by Equestria Daily (the primary source of videos for tracking, though stay around at the end of the article for a related tidbit). However, it recently got a boost in attention that it was deemed noteworthy enough to add to tracking. To compensate, its weight will be doubled to 20% off each week as opposed to 10%.
"Neigh Anything" rebounds 10-8, leapfrogging "The Spectacle (Remix)", which holds at #9. Back in the top 10 is "The Magic Inside (Remix)" by Aviators. This does happen in exchange for "Chaos Theory" leaving the top 10 5-12, and coming along with it is "Legacy", dropping 7-11.
Outside of the top 10, we have "l'amour de chiot" debuting at #77. Why is this notable? Because this is only the second time an artist has utilized the feature allowing them to add songs to tracking if they believe it is performing well enough.

Songs added have been featured on Equestria Daily's Spotlight Music features) by requesting it in the most recent post's comments. Typically, if a song has been released within the Friday-Thursday tracking period and has had 25 or so likes and 100 or so views, it has a good chance of making it, so don't be shy!
